LEE THOMAS

Lee Thomas, based in London, UK is a young creative who has been involved in the visual arts for almost ten years - beginning as a part time hobby as a teenager where he began learning about cameras and video editing. 

 

Lee's experience with video production expanded to freelance opportunities and independent paid work including shooting and editing music videos and promotional videos.

Lee graduated from Swansea University to pursue a creative journey in London where he continues to learn and maintain knowledge about photography and video production. 

 

So far he has used his video camera to direct and edit music videos which have been published on various online media publications, including the Independent. He has also captured and edited various amounts of video content for artists to use to promote their work and/or brand on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. to promote their work.

Although Lee has experience in many forms of photography such as Street, Portrait, and Landscape photography, he mainly uses his camera as a tool in Music Photography. 

​

As a music photographer Lee has years of experience travelling and shooting photographs in venues across the whole of the UK, as well as parts of Europe such as Paris, Zurich, Ghent, and Bruges. For a few numerous years Lee has shot parts of the festival circuit around the UK including festivals such as Reading & Leeds and Y Not? Festival.

Lee debuted his first feature music documentary "Storm Heaven" into a film festival and had cinema screenings of the film in various cities in the UK including London, Cardiff, Swansea, Sheffield, and Stockport.
